These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ghostline Rush ("the Game"), operated by Yogesh Goyal ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who provide false age information.
You may play as a guest without creating an account. Guest progress is stored on your device and our servers but is tied to your device. If you uninstall the game without linking to a Facebook account, your progress may be lost.
You may optionally link your account to Facebook. This allows your progress to sync across devices and prevents data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.
The Game contains virtual currency ("Orbs" and "Gems") and virtual items (ship skins, power-ups). These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Purchases made on Android are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's Terms of Service. Purchases made on our website are processed through Cashfree Payments.
For Android purchases, refund requests must be made through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. For website purchases, contact us at support@ghostlinerush.com within 48 hours.

All content in Ghostline Rush — including but not limited to graphics, music, sound effects, game mechanics, code, and text — is owned by Yogesh Goyal and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Game displays advertisements served by Appodeal and its partner networks. By using the Game, you consent to receiving these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund of virtual currency. You may delete your account at any time through the in-game settings or by contacting support.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-game notification. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
