My game progress was lost. Can I recover it?
If you were logged in with Facebook, your progress is saved and you can recover it by logging in again with the same Facebook account. If you were playing as a guest and uninstalled the app, unfortunately guest progress cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend linking your account to Facebook to prevent data loss.
I made a purchase but did not receive my orbs/gems.
First, close and reopen the game — purchases sometimes need a moment to sync. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, email us at support@ghostlinerush.com with your order ID from Google Play. We will manually credit your account within 24 hours.
How do I request a refund?
For Android purchases, refunds must be requested through Google Play within 48 hours. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Order History → find your purchase → Request a refund. For website purchases, email us within 48 hours of purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the game: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at support@ghostlinerush.com with subject "Delete My Account". All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
The game is crashing on my device. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Close the app fully and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check for app updates in the Play Store. (4) Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → Ghostline Rush → Clear Cache. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and Android version.
How do I turn off ads?
You can permanently remove all ads by purchasing "Remove Ads" from the in-game shop. This is a one-time purchase that applies to your account on all devices.
I found a bug or want to suggest a feature.
We love hearing from players! Email us at support@ghostlinerush.com with the subject "Bug Report" or "Feature Request". We read every email and many features in the game came from player suggestions.
How do I report a cheater on the leaderboard?
Email us at support@ghostlinerush.com with the username of the suspected cheater and a screenshot if possible. We investigate all reports and remove cheaters from leaderboards.
